My name is Canon Wendy Blackman, director of the Mid-Atlantic Region Union Of Black Episcopalians. (MAR/UBE) vickibaj12@aol.com The MAR/UBE consists of six (6) UBE Chapters from six Episcopal Dioceses. The Union of Black Episcopalians aims to eradicate racism, ensure full participation of People of African Descent at all levels in the Episcopal. UBE supports clergy and laity in their work to be an example of Peace, Love and Unity in the world. We encourage youth and young adults to become Ministers and leaders in the Episcopal Church by having a seat at the table. You are welcome to join any chapter in Mid Atlantic Region, depending on your location.
